The Symposium will be held at Harvard and Boston University on Sunday April 29 and Monday April 30, 2018.

The goal of the Symposium is to bring together philosophers, historians, and STS scholars who are deeply engaged with the disciplined exploration of alternative futures.

With 40 presentations and speakers from 14 countries, our hope is to create an intellectually stimulating space conducive to cross-fertilization between futures studies, history, philosophy, and STS.
